Bookko is a product of RMusic Performing Arts Studio, a company registered in the Philippines ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@getbookko.com.

This policy explains what personal information we handle and why.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your name, email, studio name, type of business and country, to tell you when Bookko opens.
• Accounts: your name, email and login details, through our sign-in provider.
• Studio data: what a studio puts into Bookko — students, staff, bookings, packages, invoices. The studio decides what goes in; we process it on the studio's behalf.
• Payments: handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. We never see your full card number.

How we use it

To run and support Bookko, send the emails you expect (like booking reminders and invoices), keep the service secure, and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal information and we do not use advertising trackers on this website.

Who helps us

Trusted providers that run parts of the service for us: hosting and database (Railway), sign-in (Clerk), email delivery (Resend) and payments (Paddle). They may store data outside your country, under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details until Bookko opens or you ask us to remove them. Account and studio data for as long as the studio uses Bookko, and then as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and, where it applies, the EU GDPR. Write to hello@getbookko.com.
