Terms of Service

Bookko is a product of RMusic Performing Arts Studio, a company registered in the Philippines ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@getbookko.com.

These terms apply when you use Bookko, our online booking and studio management software, and when you subscribe to it.

1. Your account

You need an account to use Bookko. Keep your login safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. The person who creates a studio accepts these terms for that studio.

2. Plans and payment

Bookko has a Free plan and paid plans, billed monthly or yearly. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown on our website; taxes may be added depending on where you are. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.

3. Free trials

Paid plans may start with a free trial. You enter a payment method at the start; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your studio moves to the Free plan. If a payment fails and is not fixed within 7 days, your studio moves to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted.

5. Your data

The information you put into Bookko (your students, staff, bookings and invoices) belongs to you. We use it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having permission to store the personal information of your students and staff.

6. Fair use

Don't use Bookko for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to try to break or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Bookko running and backed up, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; if we change these terms in an important way, we will tell you first.

8. Liability

Bookko is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
